$ 3,750,000.00 – Johnson et al. v. Investment Concepts, Inc. [Tenant Security Deposit Class Action]

Plaintiffs, three former tenants, filed a class action on behalf of themselves and approximately 8,980 former tenants against Investment Concepts, Inc. (“ICI”), an owner and operator of approximately 41 apartment complexes in Southern California for unsubstantiated deductions of security deposits and for charging excessive late fees.

$ 9,450,000.00 – Christian Yu, et al. v. Gleiberman Properties, Inc., et al. [Tenant Security Deposit Class Action]

Three former residential tenants filed a class action on behalf of themselves and 30,000 other former tenants against Gleiberman Properties, Inc. (“Gleiberman”) – an owner and operator of over 60 apartment complexes throughout the State of California.

$ 400,000.00 – Jane Doe v. United Parcel Service, Inc. (“UPS”) et al. [Sexual Harassment]

The following allegations formed the basis of Plaintiff’s complaint: A 22 year-old female UPS warehouse worker was sexually harassed by her male supervisors and coworkers, John Shots, Chris McMahon, Christian Mahaffa, and Steven Praught.

$ 325,000.00 – Female Hotel Worker v. Hotel Owner Operators #1 and #2 [Sexual Harassment]

During her employment for a hotel, the plaintiff was sexually assaulted and harassed by her coworker, Geremy Williams (“Williams”) , and also harassed by her supervisor, Michael Economy (“Economy”). Plaintiff worked with bartender Williams, who repeatedly and violently sexually assaulted Plaintiff in front of her manager, Economy, and other employees.
