Court issues ruling on Class’ motion to reconsider prior decision striking the fourth year UCL claim from the case, however, the Court’s ruling splits the case into two phases: the jury phase that covers the timeframe of December 2008 through July of 2012 and the Judge, or bench trial, that covers the last year of the case, from December 2007 to December 2008. Jury selection and voir dire also continued.
