The Court continues its preliminary 402-hearing regarding the Class’ Kronos scheduling and time-keeping expert, Gildardo“Gil” Figueroa. The Court rules Mr. Figueroa may testify and Mr. Figueroa offers testimony on behalf of the Class related to Kronos time-keeping.The Class continues its case-in-chief with testimony from current Apple manager, Michael Falcone as well as by Class Representative, Brandon Felczer. Deposition testimony from Apple employee, Timothy Roberts is read into the record by the Class.
