Experience:
Mark Angelo Simpliciano is an Associate Attorney in the San Diego office of Hogue & Belong, and specializes in employment litigation. Mr. Simpliciano is dedicated to advocating on behalf of particularly vulnerable individuals and has represented employees in numerous cases involving discrimination, sexual harassment, and wage and hour class actions.
In addition to employment litigation, Mr. Simpliciano’s experience includes consumer protection and advocacy, commercial and business transactions, real estate, and immigration matters.
Mr. Simpliciano received his Juris Doctorate degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. While attending law school, Mr. Simpliciano was a contributing member of the California Western Law Review, coauthoring a published article, while also participating as an avid student leader in various organizations such as the Student Bar Association and Pride Law student organization.
Mr. Simpliciano’s passion for employment law and representing employees derive from his interest in being an advocate for those who have been mistreated and seek justice. Given Mr. Simpliciano’s experience and motivation, Mr. Simpliciano has become an incredible asset to the firm and its overall mission of fighting for employees and consumers throughout California.
