Marisol Jimenez is an associate in the San Diego office of Hogue & Belong. Ms. Jimenez is experienced in all areas of Employment Litigation.
Ms. Jimenez has represented employees in numerous cases involving disability discrimination, race discrimination, pregnancy discrimination, religious discrimination, whistleblower retaliation, and sexual harassment cases. A passionate advocate, Ms. Jimenez has argued and won multiple motions in San Diego Superior Court. Ms. Jimenez has also represented employees before the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board. Prior to joining Hogue & Belong, Mr. Jimenez worked at other local law firms specializing in employment law.
While attending law school, Ms. Jimenez worked at Casa Cornelia Law Center where she advocated for victims of human trafficking, and received the non-profit’s Special Recognition award for her work. While attending law school, Ms. Jimenez was a member of her school’s Law Review and served as Executive Editor for the International Law Journal.
