Of the 900 individuals selected or a kind of random plaintiff will be satisfied with payroll records which plaintiff believes will show whether the putative case members have been paid for rest breaks. Apple Ꮳán ឆ្លុះ good faith effort to get this done by deposition currently scheduled for PMK deposition set for 6/12/13.
Apple will verify (re-verify) rest break policy for corporate and retail. If there are future requests for additional PMQ depositions based on records produced after Apple’s accommodation tody, if counsel cannot agree to further PMQ deposition – Court will evaluate burdensomeness/benefit taking into account extra efforts made by Apple today to produce documents very quickly to allow PMQ deposition to go forward.

Judge Ronald S. Prager
