The Class begins its case-in-chief in the second phase of the trial which is tried before the Judge alone and covers the last year of the case, from December 2007 through December 2008, as well as all of its corporate employees. The Class calls current corporate employee,Shirverlion “Sam” Worthen, to testify on its behalf. The jury continues its deliberations.
