Tyler Belong is a partner in the San Diego office of Hogue & Belong. Mr. Belong’s practice concerns the areas of Employment Law, Class Actions, Personal Injury, and Real Estate litigation.
Currently, Mr. Belong represents clients in a variety of employment, real estate and business litigation matters. Mr. Belong’s employment litigation practice focuses on wage and hour violations and age discrimination/ harassment claims. Mr. Belong has successfully certified numerous employment law class actions for wage and hour violations. Mr. Belong has also successfully litigated numerous cases involving real estate and business law disputes. Such litigation includes breach of contract disputes, title disputes, boundary disputes, home owner association disputes and fraud.
Early in his career, Mr. Belong practiced in a regional civil litigation defense firm, where he defended, among others, breach of contracts, real estate disputes, personal injury cases, and large class actions.
