The Court orders Renee Conmy, Apple employee, to contact the nine subgroups of non-exempt employees as set forth in her declaration. As to each subgroup, Ms. Conmy will gather scheduling procedures for each subgroup. Ms Conmy will gather information from six different managers in each subgroup, including different geographical areas. Ms. Conmy will transmit the collected date to plaintiffs.
The Court orders defendents to select fifteen additional class members to depose.
Defendant’s Ex Parte for an Order to Shorten TIme re: Apple’s Request for Exclusion of Class Expert Report and Expedited Briefings Schedule is before the Court.
The Court hears argument. Parties are ordered to meet and confer. If issue is not resolved, parties are to return to Department 67 on Friday, July 29, 2016 at 1:30 p.m.
