Jeffrey L. Hogue is a partner in the San Diego office of Hogue & Belong. Mr. Hogue’s practice includes Employment, Class Actions, Personal Injury, and Real Estate law.
Mr. Hogue has extensive litigation experience, wherein from a very young age he has worked on and represented consumers and employees in high profile cases. Mr. Hogue’s employment practice includes Sexual Harassment, Age Discrimination, individual Wage & Hour disputes, and Employment Class Actions. His real estate practice includes a variety of matters, ranging from real estate ponzi schemes to HOA disputes. Mr. Hogue also has successfully litigated several products liability and premises liability cases, resulting in large monetary awards.
Televised interviews featuring Mr. Hogue on the topic of mortgage fraud have aired nationwide. Mr. Hogue has also been quoted in the nationally recognized real estate publication Realty Times, and has been published in the San Diego Attorney magazine.
While attending the University of San Diego School of Law, he graduated near the top of his class, earning CALI Awards in both Real Estate Planning and Professional Responsibility.
